When I unpacked this cheese grater I was impressed with its fit and finish. Although it seems a little light, the three parts (lid, bowl and grater) fit together securely but separate easily without spilling the grated cheese. or rounded blade edges. My concerns went away when I actually used the grater: it works great and is easy to clean. Due to the lack of sharp edges, cleaning is much safer than with my old graters. I am very happy with this purchase.
