Good quality, well-made shirt. Fabric is medium thickness, has some minor cling but not a ton.I ordered a L and XL since so many of the reviews said to size up and since I wanted to use this as a work/job interview shirt, I was concerned about it being too fitted/tight across the bust and taking the shirt from "crisp and cute workwear" to "here are my boobs" - pretty much the eternal struggle of fuller busted women! For reference, I tend to wear M/L in most women's shirt and I wear a 34H bra.I went with XL, the larger size laid well across my bust without making the collar pull apart and ruin the intended look, the L was a bit strained across my bust. It was a bit loose on the hips/waist (my hips are 40") but not so as to look like it didn't fit. I wore it to a job interview with some black pants and received both compliments on the shirt as well as a job offer, so hey!Went through wash/dry cycle without bleeding or shrinking, which is always a relief.I will say that it's kind of a bear to iron because of all the creases and the collar, so, uh. budget out more time that you usually need for ironing.
