I'm really impressed with the camera image. When I first received the camera I concluded that someone had returned it. I read the reviews before buying and after plugging it in I thought I'd return it. I couldn't get PTZ to work when night vision was working. It got kind of crazy when it was dark. Although it was wall mounted in the room I was in, I connected it to a 100 foot Siamese cable. I emailed support and they mentioned removing the power adapter from the camera. I made a 15" connector and plugged the power supply into it. It started working properly. It zooms very well and pans as it should, except at night when you zoom in and the extra LED slows down a bit. It's still moving pretty quick.I'm happy with the camera and understand that most of the negative reviews are probably due to the buyer not trying to fix any issues they had.The only reason I didn't give this camera a 5 star -Rating would give is that the power supply had to be rated for outdoor use, it is for internal use only which is almost impossible as the power supply has to be close to the camera.
