We needed this for our patio TV. The sound from the TV just isn't roadworthy. We got this for the Bluetooth capability and it doesn't disappoint. It connects to your TV in less than a minute by simply pressing a button on the remote control. We were then able to easily set it up on the other side of the patio behind our chairs as Bluetooth doesn't require a wire. The sound from the back is much better, especially for my aging husband who is hard of hearing. It comes with mounting brackets, screws and cardboard instructions showing you had to insert the screws. Installed in no time. The sound is excellent; You no longer have to turn up the volume on the TV and disturb the neighbors. We said it was on our outside patio. We're in the desert with some rain and it's set so far under the patio canopy on the side of the house that we're very comfortable there. There is no risk of getting wet. We love this sound bar! No need to spend extra $$ on brand names, that's just fine.
