Good lighting. Very colorful and bright enough to put in the garden like regular Christmas lights. I can't say how long they last, I've only had them for a few weeks, so good. I gave them 3 stars because of the default settings. There are 8 settings, 7 different ones and the 8th is a combination of all 7 settings, moving through each of them in a few seconds. The problem is that the setting is the default when the light is on. So if you just want them to stay constant, or just flash quickly, or have a different setting, you'll have to use the remote to change them every time they turn on. The default setting should be a stable setting, not one that rotates between all the different settings.
