It's very easy to use and understand. You have access to all your timesheets and employee information at any given point. I would like there to be some type of notification option when an employee is late or misses work. This way you aren't always required to check that person's timesheet. This does not happen with every employer. Sometimes employees will miss work without notifying you. You have to find out about it through other means. Also, sometimes you need to search for certain employee information. There might be a quicker way but I haven't found it yet. I've been using this software for over two years now and I'm still learning more new features each month. I highly recommend this program. It has helped me keep track of my hours, manage overtime, and pay my employees accurately. I do not have to worry about payroll anymore. I also love how easy it is to pull up records when needed.
