The hip belt is very easy to adjust and fit big to small sizes, the ball runs smoothly no issues, after nearly two weeks of daily use I noticed some difference and lost 5 pounds, I recommend this product, it takes practice to learn how to use it properly, but very easy overall
- It’s very sturdy and it definitely works, just really hard to get the hoop in full motion
- The mechanism is just overall really clunky and it has trouble not getting caught on its way around.
