Back pain remedy suitable for electric massagers

Media could not be loaded. I have back problems and thought this would be good. I could wear it at home and on the street. It was actually helpful for me, but a few months ago my husband injured his back. He's better but he really needed it because of the long hours he worked so he used it. Depending on how long he takes it, I might just buy another one. , Blue is strong intermittent vibration and Green is weak intermittent vibration. There are 3 heating modes. Red is the highest temperature and ranges from 149 to 167 degrees Fahrenheit, blue is the average temperature and ranges from 131 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit, and green is the lowest temperature and ranges from 104 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the day I would use green (low) vibration and blue (medium) heat. I wouldn't leave it on all the time. If I was going to let it sit for a few hours I would choose green (low) heat. For shorter periods of use I would use the red or blue vibrate mode and the red heater. I'm not 100% sure what settings my husband uses, but I know it has worked for me when I've used it and reduced aches and pains. The belt fits waists from 19 to 45 inches. It's nice that we can also put cold compresses inside. 12 hours a day at work it is not available and the battery lasts all day. I just charge it every night to be safe and make sure it doesn't run out. The battery would last me 5 days if I use it often. Not only is it practical, it's also very comfortable to wear and we didn't break a sweat using it. Please note that it cannot be machine washed. We just wipe it down every day.

Pros
  • Useful thermal belt
Cons
  • Expensive
