Easy to use but I found 3 bags leaked. I was frustrated with decorating my sugar cookies with royal icing, so I had to cut open that bag and pour the frosting into another bag. In any case, I would give the advice to carefully inspect the bag before use. To avoid surprises I used the one in the middle. Perfect for royal icing. Easy to use. Usually my wrist hurt after decorating cookies. Nothing with these bags!
