Review on National RD309 Bath Seal Installation by John Eaton

Can someone explain to me how to describe the dimensions of 59 x 9 x 4.2 inches and weight of 5 pounds. This is a pancake that slips onto the end of the RD296 handle. With no picture to verify what I'm buying I threw in the dice and ordered it anyway. I'm glad I didn't have to send anything back that I didn't want. If the description and the picture were correct I would give it five stars. The tool turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for, but scratched my head too much on my part.
