A year ago I bought 3 sets of 8GB sticks (6 sticks, total 48GB). One set resides on a Win10 Pro PC and the other two on a multi-purpose custom server running multiple VMs (including Server 2019 x2, Win 10 Pro x2), multiple dockers, cloud apps and also as a NAS. A week ago I started getting notifications about kernel panics and dirty shutdowns. I eventually traced it back to a memory error. I contacted support as directed and they got back to me within hours to reassure me that I was still under warranty. I can't tell you how much that put my mind at ease, it meant I had time to diagnose more and figure out exactly what the problem was. Fail. I can't thank tech support for getting back to me so quickly, willing to help me resolve the issue (although I don't need it, others will definitely need it) and most importantly, reassuring me that certain wands I've bought come with a lifetime guarantee (this was important because the first bad memory test I had was exactly a year after my first set of sticks shipped). I would recommend them to anyone for the value of the product, the quality of the product and most importantly. I received the quality of service even a year after ordering the goods. For those with no technical know-how/skills, I believe they will help you with troubleshooting, installation, etc. I cannot rate the support team highly enough. I thought of posting photos of a failed test followed by photos of successful tests. for each flash drive and then for the array, but I don't want people to see a failed memory test on that list. Even if I had a bad stick, I would get a new one within 30 days.
