Not the best, not the worst
Tilting the monitors requires a second pair of hands. I have a BenQ 32" ex3203r and it has some weight behind it. It bears the weight of the monitors perfectly. Attached the 2 required screws to the wall//pedestal, hung up the monitor, screwed the 2 screws in by hand first the monitor firmly to the bracket.
