I am revising my review due to the quick response from the customer service department. I didn't contact them, they contacted me to see if they could fix the problem. I offered to return the bracelet or ask them to tell me how to fix it and they decided to send me a new one. I received a new bracelet within 5 business days of our email exchange. Since their support team is very responsive, I will definitely buy from them again. The quality of the bracelet is very good. The band itself looks great. I tried and found that I need to remove 3 links. Followed the instructions exactly as directed and now the group no longer keeps in touch. I was trying to make sure my Fitbit connected to the strap with no debris, so I cleaned my Fitbit. The group still won't keep in touch. After trying 8 more times I gave up, removed the tape and now it will gather dust. As I removed 3 links I don't think I can send it back even though I have links and small bars.
