Poor call quality, lots of crashes

I was very happy with their early version which I bought from Revain about half a year ago. The previous pair worked flawlessly. The new ones are not very good. Lots of audio dropouts when playing Spotify or iTunes connected to any device. The call quality is terrible in both the previous and current versions. The people on the other end of the line can barely hear me because of the background noise. Disappointed and will look elsewhere next time.
