Review on Karhu IKONI Running Punch Numeric_11_Point_5 by Robert Hunter

This shoe is very interesting for running. It fits naturally, the upper is comfortable with a flexible toe cap while still locking well into the arch and heel. I bought my pair from the Navy. The shoes have many layers of different foams. Insole, then Etpu (Boost) layer, then high density foam, then softer, more vibration absorbing Eva layer and finally a mix of rubber and softer Eva as the sole. I have a feeling the equivalent of fly wire could be better used, but oh well. They are very comfortable and offer a fairly natural crotch.
