Overall I like the features of the product, but the most important element, fit, is a minus point for me. Due to Covid I wasn't able to try on the helmet before buying it but as my old helmet is an HJC IS33 I figured I'd be fine. The ear cups are less cut, the head cup isn't curved up at the point of the ears and has slightly different angles so the tops of my ears touch part of the ear cup enough to be annoying and distracting. My size is large and it's ok except for the ears. I've tried everything to make it fit but no luck. Unfortunately, I felt fine when I received it and only felt irritated when driving it. Too late to return, he goes to a cupboard that says "Lesson Learned". FYI, from the top of my left ear (which is the most irritated) to the bottom is 3 inches.
