Review on AIRCAT 6265 Composite Grinder Backup Solution by Omar Svagera

This is the fourth AirCat 1 HP grinder I've bought because it's so much better than other brands I've used over the years, from cheap to expensive. I'm a professional metal sculptor and I buy a grinder for every grinding job so I don't have to constantly swap out wheels, discs and burrs. These 4 grinders have taken over a lot of my other stuff - I like huskies but they have way less power - so when they die I will replace them with AirCats as I prefer them to any Jet, CH, HF, Chicago Pneumatic. Dewalt, Napa Pro, or vans I've tried - every single one I've burned in the last 20 years. However, they have a big problem. The trigger is NOT a spring trigger. It's exhausting to do this all the time. So I sand down the red tab above the trigger and then use a piece of 10 gauge steel to straighten the trigger across the top of the body. It gives me the leverage to use the grinder for a full day's work (and I've spent many, many full days on these great grinders). Their exchange takes about 20 minutes. Then they are fantastic.
