Diode in 20A version: 20SQ045
The specifications did not state which diode was included. I have a higher voltage (135V) 6 string system where I wanted to add blocking diodes in each string to avoid potential danger if all the panel bypass diodes in one string were blown or turned on for some reason. If I understand correctly, the maximum reverse blocking voltage they can handle is 45V, which is not good for my case.
