Review on HR Cockpit - Automatic Attendance Analysis by Derrick Feliciano

There is nothing about this software that I would dislike as it is very helpful in solving our attendance data problems and keeping track of timecards, payroll and other employee information. It does a wonderful job in giving me all the info I need for my department. It's really easy to use and has many nice features. The customer service could have been better at certain times. They never answer when you call during their normal business hours, which are usually pretty bad. I don't like having to pay to keep using something that should be free. This program solved most of our issues with employee timekeeping and payroll management. We used the software for a couple years before we realized that it was actually working for us well enough to make an investment. Now that we have made the switch over everything seems easier. The best thing about this software is that it can sync with other employees attendance systems so you will never have to worry if your employee's time card has been entered into their system correctly or not, because they do all of them for u! I love how easy its setup too as well since i'm new at using payroll programs in general but also automatic attendence analysis makes everything easier than ever before!! There really isn't anything bad enough worth mentioning either way haha.
