Review on ONE Styling Epic Infrared Straightening by Chazo Omaha

I have an Epic Black series that I accidentally broke and I really liked it. However, when I received this product, it is not the same. It doesn't even say "black series". This is a completely different product than what is described and shown in the picture. I've tried using it and it never straightened my hair, even on the highest heat and multiple passes. I am very disappointed and will be back. I ordered 2 more as gifts the same evening and it turned out to be the same fake hair straightener and not what was described or shown in the picture. They will also be returned.
