Review on Villo by Ryan Saxton

I love how intuitive it was for me as well as all my employees! There's nothing about this website we don't like thus far. Our team just started using Villa last week but have loved every moment since then. The ability to record each person visiting our building has helped us monitor activity more perfectly than ever before. We are able to see where people entered into certain areas such as reception desks etc., which helps in keeping up with employee performance metrics too. I like how it tracks all my appointments with clients using tags so i can easily see what date they came in for. The reporting features are really helpful too! It would be great if there was more customization options but the free version does work well enough as long as you don't want advanced reports. Tracking client visitation at our law firm has made keeping track super simple.
