The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both internal use as well external clients which makes life easier when using multiple platforms at once! It's not really anything I dislike but some of our dispatchers are sometimes difficult so we have had issues getting them added back into their accounts again after they've been blocked or removed by other users (which happens quite often). We also don't get all notifications through Slack like everyone else does because there isn’t an option within here if someone has left us messages outside slack - however these problems aren't too big since most people who work remotely already know how important communication channels such as email/slack etc would need access before being able switch over fully anyway due to security concerns around remote working environments.
