Great software for the business community

The best about Dispatchbot is that it has a lot of features that are helpful in running my business. I like that customers can log into their account and do things themselves without me being there. Sometimes, I wish there was an easier way for people to sign up for the service, but overall, I really enjoy using this platform. It's been helping me run my business efficiently, and I'm able to get everything organized quickly so that I have time to focus on other areas of my business. I likeโ€ฆ

  • Ease of access; customer support team available 24 hours fast response from them.

  • Customizable dispatch system with ability add your own additional information needed

Great tool, easy and smooth integration with many different services

The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both internal use as well external clients which makes life easier when using multiple platforms at once! It's not really anything I dislike but some of our dispatchers are sometimes difficult so we have had issues getting them added back into their accounts again after they've been blocked or removed by other users (which happens quite often). We also don't get all notifications through Slack like everyone else does because thereโ€ฆ

  • Very easy way in setting things straight without having any technical background needed whatsoever, meaning you'll always end your day feeling accomplished instead than just frustrated.
  • Excellent teamwork environment where colleagues feel comfortable enough sharing ideas openly while still keeping each others' privacy intact
