Based on my experience these glasses greatly reduce the strain on my eyes caused by prolonged computer use .They are lightweight, comfortable and nicely crafted. The blue light-filtering feature is a lifesaver, too.The only downside is the style might not suit everyone, but that is a matter of taste.
