This irrigator is the best portable I have ever used. The only ones I've seen that are more powerful are the ones that aren't portable and need to be plugged into the wall. But wireless and small enough to take with you when you travel, you can't beat this Panasonic model. Use AA batteries for power supply. It wasn't rechargeable like this model. I'm very happy with this as it's more powerful and I don't have to worry about changing the battery. the ones on my old dental floss. When using it make sure your mouth is closed or you could splash water all over the tub. But once you get used to it, it's very easy to use and almost as effective as dental floss (especially in hard-to-reach places).
