Volume is too loud on a Mac

While playing audio on a Mac, you cannot conveniently adjust the volume. downward more it dampens. Therefore, the statement "compatible with Mac" is misleading. I tried some technical workarounds but couldn't adjust the volume. The headphones also show up as an unbranded "USB Audio Device" which means the USB driver is minimal as they can't identify themselves on a Mac. I hate leaving negative reviews but these headphones just don't work on Mac.
