Ideal for full legs

Media could not be loaded. My 2 year old has very chubby legs, especially on top. Because of this, it is very difficult to find shoes that not only fit his foot but are also comfortable. Lately I've had to put shoes on him that are too big and they often come off when he plays, although I squeeze them to put them on. I searched for a long time to find shoes for him that are NOT sandals and I think that's it. I took them a size up in case they run small and actually true to size. It's so nice that the material is strong yet elastic. I was able to put on my child's feet very easily and although they are a size bigger, he can now wear them because they follow the shape of his ankle. The bottom rubber is thick but not stiff and remains flexible while playing. VERY VERY happy with it - these are shoes that your child can learn to put on themselves as you don't have to deal with laces or velcro. It's nice when you're late in the morning - I see myself continuing to buy this type of shoes from now on! Got the black ones for my 2 year old son's birthday and he put them on right away - they go with everything since you don't have to deal with laces or Velcro.
