I received my order for two remotes. One was very easy to program with 10 separate DIP switches and works great. The second remote had two loose micro switches and was not programmable. I contacted the company through Revain's website and received a response within an hour. They immediately sent me a new remote control which I have already received. It works great too! Highly recommend product and customer service.
