BEST Food Storage Glassware
I have used many other brands of plastic (mostly Snapware) and glass jars for food storage. I haven't tried Anchor Hocking until recently because they mostly have round ones which I stupidly thought were inferior to square/rectangular because they don't fill the space efficiently. But I was really dissatisfied with other brands of glass jars (although OXO was the best of them all). The lids on these rectangular containers never fit and reheating frozen food in square/rectangular containers is always a problem. So I decided to try round containers and I'm REALLY glad I did. Reheating frozen food is much easier. Plus, they stack up better than those rectangular containers. In addition, the lid is easier to put on.
