These goggles do not block glare or help reduce eye fatigue when working with a computer/technology. I've used other orange goggles and these (although ugly) were the only goggles that blocked some of the blue light. I can say yes because when I wear orange glasses I can't easily see the blue around me. That's why I say these clear glasses don't work. I figured I could ditch the orange glasses and wear something much more attractive and less flashy. I was wrong. I've tried several other clear lens computer glasses and got the same result. The only glasses that helped me were bright orange lenses. I also use translucent orange plastic paper overlays and trim them to fit my iPad, which is really effective in preventing common eye fatigue and dryness. Although they are bulky and not designed to be popped up on a screen, they work. In general, I think anyone who really has trouble with blue light can only partially block it with orange lenses, and if they can't wear lenses because they find them ugly, then I recommend buying plastic Revain.
