The over the shoulder harness helps keep the belt from sliding below your waist. Wrist straps are comfortable. The harness is easy to assemble and inspect for wear. Foot straps a too thin and cut into your soles. Stretch bands are a bit too strong. That said, the product works as described and can increase the efficiency of your exercise routines.
