Limescale inhibitor! - Kitchen and bathroom accessories
My Rinnai instantaneous water heater added this filter to control limescale build-up. I've had it for almost 7 months now and it does what it's supposed to. I've noticed less limescale around faucets and showerheads. This is my second instantaneous water heater, the first died due to limescale build up in the heat exchanger. The plumber told me that adding an anti-limescale agent to the water heater is recommended to prevent heat transfer build-up. So far I'm happy with my new instantaneous water heater.
