This is a great coccyx cushion! It is beautifully finished and perfectly contoured, making it a very comfortable place to sit. I have problems with L4, L5 and S1, as well as problems with the coccyx. It was a great relief. I highly recommend this if you're having similar issues. Someone in the questions area asked if it had a non-slip floor and got the answer "no". I beg to differ. The one I got has little grippy dots all over the bottom of the pillow. The cover is soft and plush with a zipper for washing the cover. I see some find it hot, I don't, but I think it will vary from person to person. I am completely satisfied and comfortable and I can honestly say that I think it has helped with my herniated discs and sciatica. If you are suffering too, I wish you the best of luck and relief.
