Works well, I needed this for a 2 week event and used it regularly for 10-12 hours a day. The only complaint is that the mic and earpiece cables are different lengths, and the mic cable is at least 10 inches longer than the earpiece. The microphone attaches to the front of the shirt and the earpiece to the collar, so the earpiece should be longer. Slight irritation. The sound quality is good, the microphone quality is good. If I used it every day I would find it with the best cable setup, but for the price you can't beat it.
