I recently ordered three different ankle braces to try on my weak ankle (soccer has sprained my ligaments from time to time). Also Mueller Soccer Ankle Brace and Bracoo Breathable Neoprene Ankle Support. Bracoo is the easiest and easiest to put on, it only takes about 20-30 seconds once you get used to it. It's also the lightest and thinnest, so it fits easily into any shoe, including my soccer boots, without negatively affecting the 'feel' of the liner when passing and hitting. However, Bracoo's protection is very limited, so I would recommend it, especially for people who have made a full recovery and just want to wear it to have more confidence it won't happen again. If your links are really weak, you should choose between McDavid and Mueller depending on your priorities. Mcdavid appears to offer the most support, followed by the Mueller Soccer Ankle Brace. However, the Mcdavid is quite large, which makes a big difference in the shape of your shoe. So if you play soccer you might want to try the Mueller first as it strikes a good balance of protection and comfort. For sports other than football, the Mcdavid comfort can be sufficient and therefore optimal for you.
