I can't say enough good things about these frames. This product exceeded my expectations...twice. I ordered an 8x10 frameset and was so impressed that I ordered this set in multiple sizes. Upon opening the box you will find that each frame is individually wrapped in a protective soft sleeve. In my opinion, this is a real sign of care for the product and pride in it. Then you will see a set of fasteners in individual packaging. The device comes with a large, easy-to-read operating manual with colored pictures so that you can hang up the frames optimally. If you inspect the frames you will see that they are made of solid wood and not MDF. They are well built - all the angles are perfectly matched; the wood is sanded smooth; and the paint is even. Each frame has 2 hooks for attachment. You can adjust them to fit your shots for landscape or portrait orientation. I was skeptical that it's not glass but a more flexible material. I love it! First, it's unbreakable. Second, it's very lightweight, which makes hanging it or putting it on a shelf less stressful. Finally, there is a protective coating on both sides that can be peeled off from moisture - without scratching or peeling. That's right, you don't need to clean the glass before using it. I am delighted with the quality of this product and the ease of use. It's not every day that you get inspired by a simple innovation for a product that you thought was timeless. But honestly, if you invest the time in displaying artwork or portraits and are concerned about how to hang them, you'll be grateful to have a quality, lightweight frame that's easy to wall mount. .
