Review on πŸš— Folding Type Power Handle Knob: Enhance Car Steering with APROFAMILY Spinner in Black by Jay Meza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very durable in interiors

Received this to help me after shoulder cuff surgery. Seven months later my shoulder is much better and I still use the pen frequently. The only problem is that it is no longer stackable. Between the button in the handle and the pivot is a pin that runs along the axis of the handle. You push a button that moves a pin that pushes down on a mechanism that unlocks the swivel, allowing you to rotate the handle to the side. For me, the pin fell out after about 5 months, so the button doesn't do anything now. Luckily the swivel is locked in a position where I can still use the handle and it stays just as solid. The pin is only needed when the handle is tilted sideways and backwards. The pin is not needed to rotate the handle; That's what camps are for. (If instead I was unhappy that the handle was locked in the folded position, I'd have to disassemble the handle to try to fix it, or just throw it away.) If the folding feature is important to you, be aware that it does not fold COMPLETELY. Your hands may still need to grip the handlebars where the strap attaches and the grip itself protrudes a fraction of an inch. If you're still ok with that, you may need to find a way to support the knob/twist mechanism so the stylus doesn't get stuck and/or fall out. Installation was a little harder than I expected, but no harder than any other pen. Just take your time and get it right the first time and it will stay in place for a long time. My handlebars are already thick enough that I didn't need spacers. I set mine at around 10 o'clock.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Having problems
