Good quality CAT 6. I tested each cable as I was replacing the old CAT 5 in my janky and overly complex home network and everything worked fine. These are easier to thread around tight spots in my entertainment center and they don't get tangled up like my old cables. The multiple colors make trying to trace what's going where marginally easier.
