I used foil wrap to remove gel polish and powder polish from nails and oh my god it was a pain to do it by hand. But with these guys, it's as easy as putting a little cotton swab soaked in acetone on my fingernail and popping one of those clips open, and I never have to worry about the cotton coming off. As a result, my nails come off a lot easier due to the added constant pressure. The pressure doesn't hurt either. It's enough to stay on your fingertips and they're comfortable enough to put on for a while. I wear them for over 20 minutes with no complaints, but if you have thicker fingers (mine aren't tiny, just for the record) you might have a different experience. Highly recommended if you do your own nails at home.
