Exactly one month after the purchase, my Samsung Fit2 stopped working completely. It won't turn on or sync to my phone. Troubleshooting with Samsung USA Support was a disaster as they kept confusing my device with the Samsung Gear Fit2 of the same name even after I provided both the model number and serial number of my device. You have been asked to press buttons or try features not available on this device. I don't have the ability to reset this device - not even one of those little "grip snaps" on the back. Ultimately, Samsung support told me I had to return the product so they could diagnose it, but I would lose all my data if they started diagnosing. I would have to pay shipping. Also, they only decide *after* I send it in for repair if I can get a new device, get my money back, or fix my band and send it back. They couldn't tell me when, how long it would take. I can't stress enough how terrible Samsung's US customer support is - they gave me bloody terrible customer service. Instead, I'm sending it back through Revain for a refund. I am so dissatisfied with how quickly this unit broke and that there was literally nothing I could do to troubleshoot and fix it at home. It's a shame that Samsung sells such a garbage product. All I needed was a regular fitness bracelet, which helped me with phone notifications, tracking my sleep, and tracking my workouts. All I got was a frustrating headache.
