Review on Tech Tools Heated Travel Stainless by Rachel Cook

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Cheaply made for insulated beverage containers

Very thin and loose lid. The interior of the mug is thin and narrow so there isn't much room inside. The metal inside also feels rough. Heat marks and black fabric are interspersed on the red plastic. Also make sure that the internal wires are visible. The sensor is made of plastic painted to look like metal, giving it a slightly deformed look, but it works. The handle is made of metal and hard plastic, feels good in the hand, but is close to a finger hollow. The toggle switch is metal and hard enough that it won't easily tip over on its own. Non-slip base with heat-resistant foam. Feels very cheap and looks very cheap. Probably won't serve to fall off the bar on the beat. The concept is cool but I wish it was made out of a better/more durable material.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
