I'm 5'3", 108 lbs, 36" bust, 28" waist, 33 1/2" hips. I bought a dimensional grid, the recommended average. The chest is so tight I couldn't breathe so I went up a size and it fit. The construction and material is superb as you would expect from Sansha.
