The scale looks good and I liked that some of the reviews included weights and measures. I didn't like how others said the scales were crazy. Well I bought one and it's extremely inconsistent. I weigh about 240. Step on this scale 223. Step forward and back at 241. Step forward and back at 238. Step forward and back at 190. Rock the scale at 234. Forward and back at 228. Rock the scale . you have the idea I gave it 5-10 seconds each time before pulling back and turning it back on. I also left the scale for three hours and it remained uncalibrated. I put a 50 pound dumbbell on them and they weighed 49.8 pounds. Two 50 kg dumbbells weighed 99.8 pounds. So this is probably a great scale for overweight and thin people. But if you have weight, my experience is these scales suck. i give it back
