Conveniently sized monitor

This is the monitor to go for when you need a slightly larger monitor than the standard 24", but not necessarily a higher resolution. While 1080p is widely used on mobile phones these days, it still looks great when watching movies and TV shows on large monitors The lack of a higher resolution only becomes an issue when you're running complex programs and need a lot of screen real estate. The display itself is pretty good, with a default resolution of 1080p at a slightly higher frame rate of 75Hz, supported by FreeSync is smoothed out. There's no HDR and the anti-glare coating further reduces brightness, but colors are still pretty good. The problem with this monitor is that it suffers from annoying dot syndrome. A bright white dot next to the power button in the lower right Corner lets you know the device is on, it's uncomfortable to look at, but it's le not to hide. Power consumption is very low, only 14W at maximum brightness. The matte screen helps eliminate glare, making it comfortable to use in a brightly lit room despite its low power consumption. Despite its very low power consumption, it still uses the same large desktop power cord. The cable will likely last a long time, but it takes up extra space. The monitor doesn't have a built-in speaker, but the great thing about these monitors is that they don't skimp on the headphone jack. The sound quality is as good as when connected directly to a computer. I didn't notice any backlighting or dead pixels. When the monitor is off it looks like it has very thin bezels, but in fact there is about 9mm on each side of the bezel, with the inside designed to look like part of the screen. The presence of the frame does not bother and has no practical meaning, it does not bother me personally, but it is noticeable. The menus are easy to navigate and the controls are clearly labeled. The stand is well built and allows you to rotate up and down. The base is heavy and also has a handy compartment for stationery or cards, making it suitable for office use.
