Review on 💡 Westinghouse Lighting 77847: White Frosted Ribbed Glass Ceiling Fan Light Kit - 3-Light, Elegant Illumination by Missy Yang

9 years ago we purchased 2 identical ceiling fans for the vaulted ceiling in our front dining room. The included lighting sets were . Lousy. Each fan came with three small compact fluorescent bulbs. These were candelabra base bulbs, meaning they burn out twice as fast and cost twice as much to replace. Also, they don't have the higher wattage we need to light up this large space. This light kit is one of the ONLY KITS I've found that has the standard CENTER BASE instead of that candelabra crap. They sit down like a dream too! I simply unscrewed the supplied universal cover and screwed the new bulb onto the old fan cover. The plug was already there and was only plugged in correctly! Viola! I can now use 23 watt light bulbs (corresponds to 100 watts each!). The room is now very well lit and installation was a breeze too!
