Fashionable sweatshirts and sweatshirts of poor quality

Order this top for Valentine's Day. When I put it on, it fit large rather than small, and one sleeve didn't go down but fell halfway down arm's length, and the other reached to the wrist. After checking to see what's going on. I found that when sewing the sleeve, the machine picked up and sewed through a large amount of the sleeve, resulting in a large crease. So the sleeve is uneven and shorter than the other. This bug should have been found by the manufacturer and not put on the market. For me it was a waste of money.
