So I always got the wrong size. The first was too big, the second too small, the third too small and we'll see what the fourth will be, all backorders. I think there must be something wrong with their inventory or mislabeled. As I have used storage boxes and also bought brand new ones and can't find the size I need, it's just a 36 inch box, totally normal. The product itself looks ok, I haven't been able to use it but if this happens to you just know it has happened before. I ended up going to Petco and just bought one on sale that looked similar. Too bad because it looks good and it's a good price plus fast shipping.
