As the name suggests, I'm an IT professional. I bought this to move some jacks and add some USB sockets to my desktop so I don't have to bend over the power strip. I use it at my work place where I bring computers in for repair or troubleshooting. The build quality is very industrial. The cable is large and durable. It was exactly what I was looking for and I would buy it again anytime. My only wish is that they do more and maybe find a way to lower the price a bit without sacrificing quality.
