Not very impressed with shaving and hair remover

It didn't work as I hoped. Bought as a replacement for one I had for 8 years. It doesn't hold a charge long and doesn't remove all the hair even with repeated passes, it just starts to irritate the skin. I bought it for armpit use only. However, it is well packaged.
