This tissue paper has a metallic luster and feels a bit thicker and crisp than regular tissue paper. One side has a metallic sheen and the other does not. Make sure you look at the measurements because this isn't your typical tissue paper size either - I'd say it's about half that. I've included a photo of the sheet next to the ruler to give you a rough idea of the size. According to the photos and product description, they can be used as a gift box, but the gift box should be smaller, otherwise it will be too difficult to pack. It's also too thin to use just one layer, so you may need to use multiple sheets to get the desired effect. I wouldn't use it for gift wrapping, but it makes a great tissue paper to decorate a gift bag or the inside of a gift box. I like them because the paper is so crisp and not as fragile (but still a bit fragile). They feel more like premium tissue paper than what I usually get. My photos may not reflect their true color as the colour/my lighting made it difficult to photograph, but I would say that the seller's stock photos are fairly accurate.
